I like this kid and I made eye contact with him one time at a concert. Once he saw me; he couldn't stop looking at me. He would turn his head away and turning it back towards me several times. He walked up to me while making strong eye contact with me. It was so weird because when I make eye contact with people I hardly know, I turn away quickly from embarrassment. But I just kept staring at him and he was doing the same. It was as if nobody else was in the room and it was only me and him. It felt right and comforting. Anyway we held our eye contact for about 4 to 5 seconds and then he said hey and hugged me and I said hey and then he walked off quickly. I think he got embarrass because he was looking at me a lot or is just shy and didn't know what else to say or had to go to the bathroom. My friend was by my side and I asked her later on if she saw me and him making eye contact. She said yea there was something there. Just to let you know I never felt that way before in my life and I was so alienated from that feeling. I want to know your opinions. Do you think there was something between us?

1.) Chris and I were standing near the printer talking about my other supervisor, Adam. He lowered his voice and told me that Adam is a dick. I leaned in closer to hear better and then Chris leaned in too. I said in a lower voice that I think Adam just doesn’t realize how he comes across to others. Chris lowered his voice even more and told me that I could be right. Maybe it was just in my head, but I felt a lot of chemistry and sexual tension between us.

2.) I keep my office door open, and whenever Chris passes by, he looks inside at me. I’m good at sensing when I’m being looked at and my instinctive reaction is to look up. When I catch him looking at me, he quickly looks away, sometimes turning his head in the complete opposite direction and other times just looking straight ahead. I always intend to smile at him, but he looks away so quickly that I don’t have the chance. I think it might be possible that he’s just looking at me because I’m his employee and he wants to see if I’m in my office.

3.) One afternoon, he apparently thought that he was being very short. He entered my office to apologize for being so unpleasant. I told him that I didn’t notice and that I think he has an awesome personality. He blushed, looked down, smiled, and tried to argue with me, but I insisted.

4.) He visits me in my office just because he’s bored. He normally asks about my interests, how the classes I’m taking are going, my past, and what I think of certain things.

5.) His friends visit him a lot at work and he asked me to get to know them. My co-worker seemed shocked and said that he never asked her to get to know his friends and she worked there for two years. Whenever his best friend, Zach, visits the building, he stops by my office to tease me. One time Chris and Zach both came into my office and Zach started teasing me, but I made a witty comment that Zach couldn't beat. Chris smiled and turned away to get something from the shelf.
