What are some behavior signs of jealousy?

My guy friend kept looking at me while I was talking to another guy at the bar and after drinking several shots started looking very upset. Before I could go over and figure out what was wrong with him, he stormed out of the bar angrily. I yelled at him to stop but he ignored me and some of our friends stopped me from running after him. When I eventually got to him though and asked why he hadn't stopped when he heard me call out to him, all he had to say was ask why I hadn't run after him.

He got quiet after I told him I had tried but been stopped but was still really defensive and obstinate when I tried to talk to him any further and I ended up leaving his room and slamming the door behind me. After about an hour, he came looking for me in my dorm and apologized, saying he appreciated me coming after him, hugged me, and started acting overly sweet...

I'm incredibly confused by his bipolar behavior. Did he run out of the bar out of jealousy and then realize it was uncalled for? Guys, does this sound like normal behavior? If you saw a girl you liked talking and dancing with another guy at the bar, would you storm out?

So I thought this guy liked me but then he started flirting with other girls all the time. And even talked to his friends about going on a date with a girl all the time infront of me. So then I started liking his friend and dated the friend. Then he started ultimate flirting with my best friend and since I still had feelings for him I tried to keep them apart because she knew I liked Homs. I got the feeling that he was trying to do what I did to him? Like jealousy maybe? I don't know though. Then my friend told him I hated him and all the weird things he used to do like touch my hair and nock my phone out of my hand while texting and staring at me for long periods of time, he stopped doing... So I'm pretty sure there's no chance but I feel like at some point he liked me. Cuz he used to text me all the time too

Me and my boyfriend have been dating for more than a year now. But I have been feeling very jealous lately an ex of his is busy coming back into the picture by trying to be friends on facebook, sending messages and all that. Which my boyfriend doesn't entertain the attempts she makes on social networks but I recently tagged him with my pic he commented but didn't add it to his timeline, because he has settings which he has to accept on his browser and his phone was dying, 3 hours later I untagged him.
I also recently found pictures of him and this ex on his computer which he says he was intending on deleting..

Should I cheat to prevent getting this jealous and to stop overworking my mind. I don't even think I can cheat and never get caught its something outside my character but I love him and feel like this jealousy is killing me and I don't enjoy my relationship anymore because of the negative thoughts.
Or should I leave him for his ex.
