I know I know I shouldn't procrastinate.

Ideas to get him:

1. "nice" workout gear. He said he wants this, the problem is I'm not sure what exactly he wants - colors, styles, etc. Should I just guess and get him a few things, or should I get him a giftcard to Scheels or Nike or something?

2. Nice kitchen knives or a blender. He loves cooking and has said he wants both of these things. That just seems a little boring and housewife-y haha.

3. Pay for his passport so we can travel. He doesn't really want to pay for this himself but we do really want to travel. However this seems kind of like a gift for me, not him as much.

Other ideas? I've done the nice lingerie, bottle of wine and dinner, handmade things, etc. Also we don't have much time to celebrate that day.

Final note - my birthday is the next week, so ideally I wish we could just do a weekend getaway and not get gifts, but we're too busy for a while. Is there something else that would be a gift for both of us that we could do?

Okay, so I was reading this article about how certain smells can take you directly back to a certain place and time. For your wedding your should wear a perfume that you never wear and you don't plan on wearing, so when you smell that smell it will take you back to that day with extremely vivid memories. So I was planing on giving a few brides a beautiful perfume bottle, filled with a perfume that is suggested to be warn by brides. Is it a good idea? My boyfriend thinks Should I just give them the bottle for them to fill with their own perfume? But what if they weren't planning/even thinking on getting a special perfume? What do you ladies think? Would you be offended or would it be an awesome/unique gift?
