I've been having a crush with my college teacher for over a year or so. I did all my work to earned my grade and remained serious and distant, although I felt there's attraction between us. We would talk here and then after class but never did we share our feelings.

Anyway, I finally decided to go off my ways to write him a note and gave it to him the last day of the semester. In the note, I thanked him for all his help and kindness and
told him I think he's handsome and smart.

He seemed surprised when I gave him the note, he read it, he asked me for a hug, gave me a kiss on the forehead, asked for my number, asked if we could get a coffee sometime outside of campus and I said "yes!"...(I was so excited I forgot to ask his number). Overall he seemed happy and as excited as I was...(I will not be his student anymore and I transferred to a university)

well it's been three weeks since I gave him the note and he hasn't call 

Why wouldn't he call if his reaction was so positive? Should I look for him or should I let him go?

I just got snapchat yesterday and I talked to my crush about his soccer game. He said he would tell me how it went, but he didn't snap me today. So I snapped him again and he told me they won their game. We started talking about school and how he got his notes taken away for the essay he needed to write in class. He was trying to be funny, saying how our teacher is "the best". I asked him if he remembered what to write for his essay without his notes. He looked at the snap an hour later but didn't reply.

While I was in Language Arts class, there was my crush sitting on his table done with his quiz we just took, and I was just done with my quiz so I stood up walking my happy, bored ass to the teacher to give her my test but then... I look at him and he just there with his hoodie hat covering his mouth, looking at me right in the eye! So I panicked and kind of hide behind the person who was standing in front of me and then I told myself to not panick and just stare back at him. And I did stare back at him for like more than 10 secs then looked away cuz I was nervous on high levels. But what do you think that means? Does he like me? Or does he not like me?
