He's in high school he calls girls cutie pies, and cupcakes and hugs a few girls from the back. In class he purposely poked a boy in the eye, the guy screamed and covered his face. He kisses the guy and calls him adorable and after class tickles the boy on the stomach and calls him a little muffin.

One day day while walking down the hallway a kid pointed at him and called him a f** He grabbed the kid, lifted the kid in the air by his shirt, and said who's the f*** now? Then throws him to the ground in front of a group of kids.

Is kid a bully?

I work with this girl, she's really pretty and cute and she has the best personality. I can't say I REALLY like her, but the more time I spend with her the more I do.

Okay so, I think she likes me? I've been picking it up from little things she does. The problem is she is always so jokey and playful it can be hard to tell when she's being serious. Here's what she's done.
1. She's told me I have beautiful eyes.
2. She's told me my hair smells good.
3. She's told me she trusts me.
4. She's told me her mom really likes me.
5. She's told me she likes riding in the car with me.
6. She sticks her butt out whenever she knows I'll notice (and oh boy, do I notice!)
7. She pulls her shirt up to show her navel (I think to explain where she got burnt once or something)
8. She pulls her shirt up to show her navel just randomly. To itch or to readjust her shirt.
9. She runs over and hugs me whenever she hasn't seen me for a long time.
10. And the most confusing of all: she told me the guy she likes at her school finally kissed her.

Note: This is all over 6 months of working with her, and it's all said in her regular happy jokey voice/tone. Does she want me to get jealous? Is she just really playful? Should I ask her out? I'm scared to because I'm 18 and she's 16, plus I'm going to college on the other side of the country at the end of August (like 30 days away). Oh, and I've flirted back in between. I've told her I love how cynical she is, or how nice and long her hair is, or once she came in with her little siblings and I said "You guys get to hang out with her all day? Aw, I wish I could do that!" You know, flirting. She's pretty much kept up the same routine as mentioned above whenever I do that. Any help at all. I don't know if I'm the type of guy who is totally blind or one that thinks wishfully. Thanks, girls!

Can you be over friendly with a work colleague? After kissing her on her neck/shoulder, she came back with kisses on the cheek. When asked what she was doing, she blow a kiss back. Calls me stupid names like baby boy, lover, - makes stupid comments. Most times have awkward hugs- made a remark at the way we were hugging, on the flip side, we do fight a lot, she annoys me - i probably annoy her, very sensitive about anything i say, most likely backstabs me- not too sure. Sometime i think she hates me, but then comes the hugs+holding of hands... Help pls.. Need some good advice... Thanks in advance
