Anyone else have nightmares when their feet are left uncovered when they sleep? Or sleep paralysis when they sleep on their back?

I've noticed this over the years, I only have nightmares when my feet are uncovered, and I only suffer from sleep paralysis when I sleep on my back (I sleep on my stomach normally). Am I alone on this?
