I was just curious. My buddys girlfriend (that he was going to ask to marry him later that month) decided to screw around on him. Well, they split up and he wanted to go blow off some steam and go to a strip club.
My fiancé never liked the idea of me going. (Me either tbh) But, I told her that my best friend for years was hurting, and I was going to go where ever he wanted.
Anyhow, long story short we went and had some fun. The next day rolled around and I told her about it (mainly because of all the things I found the strippers that night would do for a dollar) and she seemed interested, like she would want to go.
Thus, giving me this question. What do you ladies think about strip clubs? Do you hate them? Love them? Or neither?

I really like strip clubs but not for the obvious reasons. I really like strip clubs because I can get away from my house have a drink and not have to deal with anyone hitting on me. The places I go to usually have a moderate to small crowd and no one looks at you weird for just chilling alone for a few minutes. Sometimes the strippers (the good ones) will even sit and talk to you for a while and let you vent. The strippers are blatant about trying to make some money and don't get offended if you say no unlike the women at bars obviously flirting so you'll buy them a drink. There's no pressure to dance, none of your bros are tryna get you to wingman for them. You can just sit and chill. You go in with the expectation to sit drink and watch someone dance and that's exactly what you get. No crushed hopes. No heartbreaking rejections. No having to reject others. It seems like a strip club is the last place to go to retreat from the pressures of romantic relationships but it's actually perfect for that. So how do you feel about strip clubs?

It's funny... in our society today, people are afraid of doing things by themselves. For example, my Mom stays inside the house all day long on the weekends and is always bored. When I ask her why she doesn't go out and do something, she says she wants someone to go out with or it won't be fun.

When I go to the gym, night clubs, bars, etc... you always see other women with their friends or guys with their friends. It seems people get to used to being around other people and cannot function correctly if they have to do things alone.

I am 25, and over the years, all of my friends moved around to different locations around the USA and lead different lives. I still talk to them, but we obviosuly aren't hanging out (since they live in different states) With that, I had to learn to adapt to being alone and doing my own thing. On weekends, you can find me doing the following:

-Going to the bookstore, coffee houses or restaurants.
-Going to the gym to workout or take fitness classes
-Walking around the park or sitting down on a bench and reading a book
-Going to the mall to look around and people watch
-Going downtown and just walking around
-Going to bars, clubs, lounges and strip clubs

I do all of these activities alone. When people in these venues ask me who I am with, I laugh at them and tell them I am alone and I create my own party and they are usually shocked and amazed. One woman told me that it is incredible sexy when a man doesn't need anyone to have fun.

What is your take on this? Do you view a man who is always alone and doing his own thing as strange? Do you think this is a sexy trait to have?
