I met this girl in my freshman year of high school. I first saw her in my art class and I started to become interested to her. I used to stare at her most times when she didn't notice and look away if she looks at me (im a shy guy). She is really nice and smart and I love her personality. She has a cute laugh and a pretty smile but I was just shy to talk to her and still am. At first I was just interested in her but as time passed by I began to develop a crush, but I didn't want that to happen, because I always end up getting hurt. During art class when we were drawing our faces, she came over and stood by me in the middle of art class for a good 5 minutes, and I felt really uncomfortable and nervous (it made me kind of happy that she might be interested). I like talking to her and we have many things in common, but as a shy guy, she's always the one to start conversations. It makes me feel really happy. During grade 9 we got to know each other a bit more and talk and she used to stare at me to try and make feel uncomfortable. I don't know why but why does she stare at me for so long and not feel ashamed or shy? She doesn't look away, but when I stare she always catches and me and smiles right back and waves!!! it makes me feel SUPER nervous and embarrased. Now we are in Grade 10 and I feel like she is drifting away (I think). During Summer Vacation I could only think of her and I couldn't even sleep, I always think "I wonder what she is doing now" or does she like me? When Grade 10 started in our french class my crush complmented my friend telling him he's a genius when he gets a right answer (happened so many times but now she stopped) It made me feel so jealous and mad, and I hated her so much because of that. Then again she always stares at me and I catch her doing so and she continues to stare for a couple seconds and laughs.
