He has a girlfriend. I’m sixteen he’s twenty five. He touches my upper arm (puts his hand on it), patted my back, suddenly bumped into me (he was to my side) asked if I still talk to my ex boyfriend. My best friend found out that I knew that her boyfriend was cheating on her. He had told me after I questioned him because I think he was trying to get me to tell her so she wouldn't just find out on her own. I had tried to warn my best friend in the past with her previous ex years before that he was no good, and she completely got defensive and told me to mind my business (because she knew it was true... hence the break up shortly after).

This time around, I was like, okay, minding my business, and didn't say a word, and she flipped out after the idiot said to her that I knew about it. We came to verbal blows over it, and I told her she couldn't have it both ways... either I warn her of danger and she listens to me, or I'm going to take the hands off approach she told me she wanted. We didn't talk for a long while after that but have since made up as friends, however, we have never really re-addressed the elephant in the room.
