I have been talking to this girl and I'll tell you her behavior. She can't start a conversation with me very well just builds off what I say to others, responds and asks me questions. She like tries to make the first move and at first she laughed obnoxiously loud at a joke I made then teased me after I talked to her. She only approaches me with her friend and she might even ask her friends to approach me with her. She gets red and can't look at me in the eyes and doesn't look at me when I am looking but when I am not looking in class every opportunity she can shell stare at me. She will stare at me every opportunity and try to talk me. She's giggled and said my name for no reason, smiles a lot around me. Tease me after I talk to her. Her friend finds any excuse to be around me and for me to be with them its like her friend is my friend now. She offers me rides and asks me to sit with them She hovers around me and tries to talk to me with her friend beside her. She compliments me often. While talking to me not just her cheeks get pink, her whole face gets red and she smiles and hides her face while staring off into space and doesn't stand still. She blushes when I say hi first and smiles. She teases me when I talk to her or asks for a selfie with me and faces me and asks me to move in closer to her lean in to her. When she was all dressed up and I didn't talk to her at all one day her friend came and got me to sit down next to her for a selfie. While talking to me she holds long eye contact and smiles the whole time. Doesn't break they eye contact or smile and holds it even when we're done in silence. She compliments me a lot and will say she likes our selfies, likes stuff I tagged my dad in then tell me she likes it. One of her other friends that helped her approach me when she was upset looked at her and said her name when I entered a room. Her friends like and comment nice things on our selfies.

Met a gal on a online dating site, and we're set to meet each other in-person tomorrow. I find it really interesting the differences between a woman's experience and a guy's experience. I've talked to a coworker who I got to know pretty well about her online dating experience, and she even introduced me to Bumble, but she's been the only gal who would tell me about her experience. (I've talked to a number of guys about it, pretty interesting our varying results)

Still, most people seem squeamish when talking about online dating (coworker has been more of a one off case, a few of the guys I talked to actually blushed when they started talking about it), so is it okay to talk about when you met her THROUGH online dating, or should I expect the same kind of squeamishness?

My reasoning: It would be like asking her about previous relationships/dates. It gives me an general idea of her boundaries, lets me know more about her personality, and what I should/shouldn't do to keep her (or if I want to keep her). And all that vice-versa, if we talk about it I do plan to include my experiences in the discussion.
