Given, this happened to me twice last year, but I'm just curious to see if this happened to others.

I found out the first guy, who I just had a crush on, was gay after running into him and his boyfriend on my way to class. I saw them holding hands. Later I checked with a friend and she confirmed that he was in fact gay.

The other I didn't find out until we were on the date. We were getting lunch at a cafe and he said "So how does it feel to be on a date with a gay man?". All I could do is sigh and say "This isn't the first time.". Although I do wish he would have told me before so I could have avoided that situation, we're friends now.

So do any of you have stories?

He doesn't treat her bad. I'm not against him because she is happy with him, although he is a party guy and has lots of tattoes but he has has own clothing Brand... So, some of our friends are against him. For example, one gay friend told me we should make her get back with her ex boyfriend because the ex was a doctor and this new guy has tattoes and is ugly and she deserves better. And he even told me I should introduce her to my doctor (who I like actually and he knows that)... I thought that was too much..
