im learning English, Spanish, german at the same time. dutch not included but i still get dutch classes at school because i live in the netherlands. i trew arabic away after 8 years of learning it i am not going to do anything with it anyway.

ps. i notice that my grammar is fucked up sometimes because of all the languages😓

you can mention your choices as well. I speak only English and learning a new language will take a lot of time along with my studies. if there is any city where English is spoken even if the country native language is different would be appreciated like Amsterdam. Also I am 20 year old non EU citizen so there will be visa issues as well:(

I took Spanish 1 and 2 in middle school, but I didn't care to learn anything besides enough to get me a good grade at the time, as i was young and foolish. I know now as I'm about to be a senior in high school that knowing languages is very useful for careers, and also are just really great to increase my knowledge of our beautiful world. I plan on doing Spanish again due to how important it is in the US, but I might want to take 2 languages at once in college.

What I'm Considering Learning:
1) ITALIAN: I really like Italian and would want to learn it as my Grandmother was Italian and I'd want to keep our heritage/ learn more about it as well due to its great history, and just sounds so wonderful, but I know it isn't that useful world wide :(
2) RUSSIAN: This language is not as beautiful to me, but I find it very sexy, and emits a cool factor. Along with that, many people who speak Russian aren't good at speaking English, and Russia's economy is predicted to grow substantially. The problems are that I don't think I'd fit in with many Russian people, and that the language is rather difficult.
3) GERMAN: This language is very useful in business as German is the powerhouse of Europe as of present day, and also emits coolness. The problems are that I hear many German natives speak English very well, making learning German not that necessary, and at times sounds bad to me.
4) FRENCH: This language sounds very nice to the ears, and seems to attract a lot of woman, which would make me feel great if I could speak it. Also, it's spoken in many places throughout the world. The problems are that French seems to be dying out, and it sounds cheesy and stuck up at times
5) PORTUGUESE: This language is becoming increasingly important due to the rise of Brazil's economy, and is spoken by a lot of people. Along with that, not many Brazilians speak "good" English, making it more important. The problems is that I'm not that interested in it.
