Let's be honest; everybody that you have ever known, have not 100% liked your personal style, and SOMEONE at one point addressed their dislike/disapproval of what you were wearing.

Ex.

those shoes are ugly

that shirt is played out

that top is too slutty

your makeup doesn't look good

your hair is seriously f*cked up

that skirt is too short

i don't like that piercing

that tattoo is ugly

that outfit doesn't go well together

Some people take criticism about their appearance (makeup, clothes, hairstyle, piercings, jewelry, etc.) from everyday people you meet in real life, including guys / girls that you are interested in.

Other people take criticism about their appearance more harshly from friends and family members.
