Me and my boyfriend had only been going out around a month when I went on my first girls holiday. During the holiday we got talking to some lads- very innocently. My girlfriends that we're taken shyed away and didn't speak to them. I stayed and chatted with my single friend.

Me and one of the guys got talking about politics (exciting I know haha!) but because the music was so loud I could barely hear him and so had to put my ear to his mouth to hear him. He was sitting on a table and I was leaning over him. I can understand how it looked. I was almost lying on top of him because of the way he was slouched on the table. It was all very innocent I wasn't interested or even attracted the guy.

My friends who were in a relationship got mad at me and accused me of cheating. The barmen who we had gotten to know throughout the holiday made fun of me and called me 'rapey'.

My boyfriend knows about it and got a little off with me about it for the whole of 5 minutes but my friends still make me feel terrible for it now, 2 years on. I feel like they're judging me and see me as a cheat.

I was quite drunk but knew what I was saying, doing and can remember the whole night, I just wasn't thinking about how it LOOKED. At the same time though I don't think I should be restricted to only talking to girls/ignoring guys who happen to get talking to us because I have a boyfriend. That's exactly what my girls friends do and although I don't think they mean it and I don't think they are against people who are taken speaking to the opposite sex that aren't friends, I feel they judge me/look down on me for doing so when in reality I'm only having a bit of fun and getting to know others- even when drunk I still love my boyfriend and would never cheat.

Just met this guy we established that we were just friends. Hung out for a week straight the in groups of friends. Asked eachother advice when talking to opposite sex etc. all of a sudden last night he kisses me.. Once before I said okay lets go. Then in the car. Also right before he dropped me off. Also that same day he paid for my yogurt which was strange cause we've been paying separately since we met. Even after we kissed he was asking me what he should say to this girl on Facebook. I was too prideful to tell him not to respond. Don't know if he was trying to see how I would react or what? But then earlier in the night he said something he wanted to do and I said go have one of your tinder girls do it. And he was like "jealous?" Mind you that was before he kissed me.. I dont want to get played and I'm not super Into the whole friend with benefits idea... I'm just really confused because we were straight up friends for a week straight making dirty jokes and all kinds of homie stuff. I'm just frustrated because I'm too prideful to let myself be friends with benefits because I know I would fall fast.. And I don't think he'd be there to catch me.. Because... Well he seems like a playler... ALSO I don't want to come off as TOO EASY! No girl wants that... Advice?

I've always had mixed feeling when it comes to guessing which gender would sacrifice the most for the other, wanting to make him/her happy, faciliate things for them and put their guard down.

Sometimes I get the feeling it's our gender due to our high levels of empathy and nurturing nature. Also, we're more likely to want a relationship than casual sex and there are more stories of the woman getting string along while the man isn't as serious as her. More male players than female and sometimes the woman is more into forgiving a man's past mistakes. It makes me think her love to a man is so unconditional.

With some men; I've already heard and read depressing things about them blaming feminism and talking as if we should be in last place nowadays. PUA lines has been spreading too, which is mainly for users. They sounded so robotic to be honest. If they dislike us so much, then why are there still posts about some of them wondering how to attract a girl, how to get over their break-up and complaining. Why don't they go single on a deserted island if that helps them? Or is some feeling (even if it's on the smallest amount) still there deeply for wanting to make her happy?
