Whether they're telling the truth or not, I don't know. But I notice it happens nearly always during the first conversations I have with them; even if I have no romantic or sexual interest in them, and am just being friendly.

Their SO really is irrelevant to the topic of the conversation, but they still mention them. Of course, I understand that they want me to know that they're unavailable. It's just quite annoying.

For example,
If I ask them if they like guns, they'll say they don't, but their boyfriend does, or if they say they do, they'll say that they go hunting with their boyfriend.

Another is if I ask them if they need help with some homework problem, they'll say that their boyfriend is good at math and that they could help them out.

Or if I ask them what country they'd like to visit, they'll say the country their boyfriend is from.

I get negative thoughts pop into my head. That are the opposite of the truth. I believe I’m the luckiest and most blessed man in the world.

But for example, I’m very tall (6ft2) yet I’ll have a voice in my head that is not controlled by me telling me that I’m short occasionally.
It ruins my day and stresses me out. Like how? This is the worst - I have a big/massive penis (7-8 inches and thick) yet a voice not controlled by me is telling me I’m small. Like I know what I have deep down. But wtf?

It’s really getting me down. I feel like I’m going mental with it. What should I do? Is this body dysmorphia? Because of what I have in my life I feel like I have to be the most perfect man out there, no exceptions because I’m so lucky for reasons I don’t want to go into.
