My guy friend of 3 years has always been super attentive to me, sweet, devoted like a puppy. He is always as close to me as he can get and touches my upper arm, shoulders, lower back, lets his hand rest too long on mine if he hands me st, holds eye contact forever, has played with my hair, notices EVERY little thing about my appearance, has fed me off his spoon after he'd used it, presses his arms/thighs into mine when we sit side by side and he's said he loves me, just not romantically. We tease each other a LOT and he calls me "girl"/"woman" and pretends like he's mad. He wanted to buy me a gift for "putting up with" him. He told me recently that I've been his other fave person (besides gf) for two yrs. he's been with her 18 mos.

We've both been taken the whole time we've been friends but we have become emotionally intimate and it feels like more than just friends. We messaged and texted ALL summer and talked about everything under the sun, deep stuff, silly jokes, how he's bored with his gf and wants to be free this year to "kindle new flames". He's asked me about sexual things I might be into, like bdsm, hook ups with friends, 3ways, pd sex, but the racier the q, the more he plays it off like jk, wasn't REALLY asking! But he's told me he likes me boobs and complains that gf has a boys body. He's asked me to brush stuff off his butt and never moves away if I put my hand on his thigh or play his hair/stroke his face. He's shown every sign of liking me but won't make a move. He says he hates cheaters but aren't we already cheating emotionally? He said he couldn't take the shame of kissing another girl while he has a gf. He said he doesn't want to hurt her by breaking up bc she is so in love with him, much more than he is w/her. I'm getting sick of his wallowing in misery when he could just end it if he really is as unsatisfied as he says. I told him today that I think it's unrealistic to think one person could meet all your needs/desires. What should I do?

My guy friend and I message on and off all day, almost every day. He does and says almost every one of the "signs a guy is into you" from the Internet but of course he won't make it easy by just saying, "I want you." He tells me stuff like that he's a nudist and has condoms and lube in his room. He's told me that girls approach him for hookups (and one 3way) but he said no bc he wasn't into any of them. He asks me about stuff I would be into, 3ways, hook ups with friends and period sex are recent examples.

I know he's not trying to use me because he was super excited when I admitted that I like him and he kept telling everyone that I reciprocated! He keeps joking around about me sounding like his gf or that we sound like gf/bf... but that would be ridiculous! ( his words), so I just say OBviously and want to die. I know joking and teasing are signs but it makes me crazy! I just want to scream just tell me what you want!
We've said we love each other ( as friends), he's pecked my cheek, laid his head on me and nuzzled, sits glued to my side, stares into my eyes ( it feels like we're doing it), pats my upper arm, shoulders, lower back and gives me giant hugs from behind. He always tells everyone how awesome I am.

Sooo... I may be crazy but are we just friends? I don't think so but that's what he says. Could he be afraid to make a move on me? I know he respects me and cares about me a lot.

However... I'm not worried about ruining our friendship by adding sex. How can I make that clear without sending him Rihanna lyrics? ;) I don't want to freak him out by letting him know how much I want him. Do guys want to hear that?

Today just to tease him I said I was going to work out, get all sweaty and jump in the pool. His response: yum. That was it. Is that guy talk for let's get naked? He teases me so much that I asked him if he was always sarcastic and he said no. I said good and I'll keep that in mind ;)

What do I do now?

My guy friend knows that I like him. He teases me about it when we message on FB. We are currently in other relationships and he often complains to me about how childish his gf is and how he's bored with her. He picks fights with her a lot. His gf and my bf aren't at our school and he acts like he's my bf when it's just us.

The problem is he won't tell me if he wants something physical with me and I am afraid to really come on to him in case I've misread his "signals".

Guys, please tell me if these things would mean that you were sexually attracted to a girl or not:

He gives me NO personal space! We always hold eye contact while we talk.

He notices EVERY detail about me and mentions things even my bf ignores. He grilled me about why I colored my eyebrows to match my hair!

He talks about sex A LOT, plays ME dirty songs, tells ME he has condoms and lube... WHY?

He ALWAYS finds a way to touch my upper arm, right below the shoulder. I read this is like a preview of second base for a guy... is that true? He kind of pats/kneads my arm there.

He kissed me hello once on the cheek really quick but kept walking.

He fed me off his spoon that he had used.

I feel like he does a lot of sly moves in case he thinks I'm not into it, like he only hugs me from behind, but it's a huge blankety bear hug, and he sinks all of his body weight into me and stays there until long past awkward!

He's played in my hair and likes to firmly put his hand on my lower back, right above my waist.

We only sit side by side with forearms and thighs glued together the whole time. We whisper a lot, have inside jokes and our friends have asked what's going on with us.

He lets me touch him anywhere and never resists, arm, head, firm hand on upper thigh. He laid his head on me so I caressed his hair and face. Do guys let girls let girls they aren't hot for paw them?

He never me) has joked a few times about the idea of us being a couple? Is he testing me?
