I see my best friend every weekend
And sometimes her family comes over as well
So I know her family pretty well

She has this male cousin
But he's younger than me

Im 24 and he's 19

he's really shy and doesn't talk much
Esp me.. he's never really talked to me
But sometimes I catch him looking..

Like today, I just sat next to him quietly
Everyone was just joking around with each other
And he's just eating grapes
And then out of nowhere asked me
"Do u want some grapes?"
I said "no thanks"
And he's like "u sure?"
And im like "yeah thanks tho"

Then me and the girls were playing card games
And i was tryna explain the game
And out of nowhere was like "oh is it the bullshit card game?"
Then he explained it to us

Then when him and his family was about to leave, I went to bathroom to pee
His sister said bye to me through the door and went outside
Then I came out of the bathroom
And he was still there
His dad and sister was outside
His mum was still inside
But he's like "bye" and waved at me

he's usually out the door first lol

I have history with this guy (1). Four years ago we both liked each other but since it was middle school, it was that awkward 7th grade romance where you never talked but slow-danced together.

Today, I saw him playing in a game versus my school's team and talked to him afterwards. He said that "7th grade was interesting" and an experience (something like that) and we both agreed that not talking was awkward. I left the school in 8th grade so the last time I talked to him was 7th grade.

Anyways, after he left, another old classmate of mine (2) told me that earlier when he (1) found out that I was watching, he (1) freaked out and got nervous. He (1) told my old classmate (2) that he had to tell him something later about me— but never did! Anyways my old classmate (2) also mentioned that this guy (1) is a hopeless romantic [aka he loves romance and wants a girlfriend] which surprised me because I though that this guy (1) would have girls after him.

What do you think that the guy from 7th grade had to say about me? Do you think he still likes me or wants to like me?

My old classmate is going to text me about what he said but I want to know if this implies anything.
