Search Results: questions are removed

So many of the people I liked on here have either left or were banned and it feels lonely here now. I’m also less than impressed with the inability to defend yourself to GaG and how easy it is for someone with a wild hare up their ass to report all of your opinions. I’ve had so many questions and opinions hidden or removed for the most asinine of reasons and when I complain about it to GaG they’re mum on it all. There’s just nothing all that enjoyable about the site anymore especially since way too many people take this site too seriously even though the questions asked on a day to day basis are stale and repeated.

I really liked one of my coworkers, and I was talking to her outside of work more and more. But I wound up not asking her out and I resumed dating a former girlfriend.
After over a year of us dating, we did break up again. And I reached out to the now former coworker on Instagram, and we got talking for a few days and she was asking a lot of questions and we were having a great conversation. I asked her out for drinks and she stopped replying.
I added I had really liked her before I left and I was wanting to take her out.
Anyway, she never responded. But continued to like, and view my Instagram and Snapchat stories.
After a month, I removed her from both platforms and I deleted my Snapchat. But she responded by blocking my Instagram.

Its been over a year and I recreated my Snapchat, and I requested her and she has neither denied or accepted it.

Why didn't she respond? Is it good she hasn't blocked me yet?

In case if no one has ever heard about it, at one point they had the options for us to either redeem a gift card for Amazon, TGIF Friday's, and there was even a GirlsAskGuys T-Shirt offer, and even earlier, it was possible to use your points for featuring your questions.

There was also charities for donations too, although I heard they had them way back before I had even signed up here.

We would need to earn X number XPer points and then redeem those offers. It was 7,000 XPer points for a $20 Amazon card, and at one point they even raised the amount of points needed to redeem those items at one point some time before removing them completely.

So do any of you think any of those redeemable stuff are going to come back eventually some day, or do you think it's never going to ever happen again, and that it is absolutely final for whatever reason you think or believe that it may be.

My best guess is that it WON'T ever happen again, although they may surprise us, but it's unlikely. Nobody, not mods or any admins had ever announced or mentioned exactly what happened and how come they had decided to remove it, but it was probably a very critical decision. Guess raising the amount of Xper points to redeem wasn't enough to justify continuing it? Sometimes I still wished they restore the feature a question for X number of Xper points though.
