I was curious. My sister and I are huge sports fans and watched Undisputed starring Skip Bayless and Shannon Sharpe and they talked about the potential the Arizona Cardinals could lose the remainder of their games since they are currently underdogs the rest of the way and may go 0-15-1 and wondered if the tie against the Detroit Lions was an upset. Shannon Sharpe said Kliff Kingsbury was afraid to go for 2 and played for overtime for a not to lose situation than a win situation and afraid they may have been like the 2008 Lions and 2017 Browns at 0-16 if he had gone for 2. They were mentioning rookie quarterbacks and their success or failure rate. I know it wouldn't be as big of an upset to tie as to win but not asking level of the upset but if it is still an upset.

My sister and I differ in our views. I consider an underdog tying a favorite as an upset but she doesn't. She said it is like climbing a mountain when unexpected and not able to reach higher but not falling back either, so it is a standstill and no upset. I said it is like imposing strength over weakness and the weakness can't overcome but stayed at the strength and able to be kept at bay, thus still an upset.

Whose side do you more agree on? Mine or hers? I can see both sides.

A favorites job is to win and not winning means failed mission.

An underdogs expectation on average is to lose and not meeting the expectation, is thus an upset.

So what do you think? Also, please give a compelling example.

So I have a girlfriend who claims to trust me and believe me because I have never broken her trust, I keep my promises and words and I never lie to her, I have been honest to her always no matter what, but I have caught her spying and double-checking my words on my back, I have found out that she always spy behind me whenever I say something to check if I was speaking truth or lie, and when I have found that about her, she said that she believes me but she just wanted to check if I was saying truth or lying in my words? does believe and spying on the back are possible together? I think she doesn't believe me, because if she believes me she doesn't have to keep on checking and spying behind my back, I don't have a problem if she confesses and admits honestly that she doesn't believe me, I will do everything to win her trust always but my problem is that she is not even admitting that she doesn't trust me and she thinks that I don't understand her, she keep giving lame excuses to me for spying on my back and I keep telling her it is okay if she doesn't trust me but then again she says I believe you but I just want to check if you lie or speak truth, I can't digest this contradicting absurd of her, Is this really possible? the person you say you trust them and still spy on their back to check their every action and words? she is making it very complex unnecessarily and she knows that she was wrong but she is playing around just not to accept her fault. please provide your opinions guys. thank you.
