i'm not sure how the guy i like feels. lately it's been seeming like he flirts with this other girl but i'm not 100% sure. anyway, when he's with me, it's half half with his mood. sometimes he's very quiet and awkward, and other times he's himself. the quiet and awkward thing doesn't happen around any other girls as far as i've seen. on top of that, he also look at me. very often. when he's far away, he'll look at me for a long time but when we're near each other, it's only a few seconds. also, i told him we should start a streak and it didn't work out cause he never kept it going, but then he was a streak with some of my other friends? it's all a bit confusing, but any opinions/advice?

So we are family friends and last weekend we went on vacation together. He did some things that made me think for sure he liked me. For example,
All this made me think he liked me... He's introverted and only really flirted when it was the two of us. I assume this is because it'd be weird to do it around his brothers. However after the second night we spent talking together on the couch, he started acting differently. My mom suggested it was because he's a teenage boy who had only gotten 5 hours of sleep for the past two nights, on top of being active all day. This might explain why he went to bed early the night he didn't sit with me. Regardless his behavior changed, for example.
So I am getting crazy mixed signals. My mom told me that she thinks it is because he doesn't want to make things awkward between our families if something doesn't work out. Or she thought his older brother figured out he liked me and was teasing him about it. Regardless I'm confused and need help, desperately! Please I would love your insight!

This co worker I work with if giving me mixed signals. He flirts with me and stuff. And teases me. ( I'm a newbie) he can laugh at my jokes and smirk.. we've broken the touch barrier😂😂He put a story up on snapchat and I text him a quick message like it 'looks good! ' and he didn't respond. I've heard he can be a shy guy.. and I've also recently heard he has had this crush on this girl at work since forever.. another colleague I've not her met.. However she's recently got a boyfriend.. but I'd rather no know than later? Is he just friendly but not into me?
