I don’t want to make anyone uncomfortable in their workspace but recently a couple of individuals complained to HR about cussing in the workplace.

I’m not the only offender by far. Everyone in my profession ends up cussing over something. Usually just out of frustration to another peer or even to their boss about a deal that fell apart at the last minute for the third time with one client that needs to be fired.

But we hired a couple of new support people that are great at many things but they aren’t actually brokering deals and never have or will. They don’t want to.

If I say [x] syndicate just fucked us on an account coming up next week. I need person A to reach out their market and person B to triage as well; that puts wheels immediately into motion.

All the the while I know for clerical people it sounds harsh to their ears even though it doesn’t involve them at all.

I dknt know aperson with a high stress job who doesn’t cuss at work at least one or twice.

Is this not normal?
