So im a high school senior who likes a sophomore girl. I met her last year in a class we had together and we sort of got to know each other. I didn't realize it, but she was flirting with me a lot. She always started the conversation, asked how my day was, complimented my shirt, etc. She said we were practically dating. She said she would have went to prom with me. I liked someone else at the time and I was oblivious, but now I'm really interested in her, so here is what's happened since last year :

We didn't really see each other over the summer

She said hi to me again on the first day of school. I asked her how her summer went and stuff
She wished me good luck two or three times for games
She always starts the conversation with me
I see her glance at me in the hallways
She quickly brushes her hair as I walk past
She smiles and laughs a lot when talking
Always looks directly into my eyes while talking
She jokes around when talking
She touches her hair while talking to me

the other day I saw that she popped up in my Snapchat quick add, so I friended her. She friended back right away to say hi and ask how I was doing. We talked about her sports game and stuff and she always replied quickly and wrote a good amount. She sent cute and kind of silly pictures, and she's been one of the first to view all my stories since.

I want to talk to her more and ask her out. I was going to just walk up to her, tell how fun to talk to she is and that I like her a lot, ask her to go out with me..

Unfortunatly, we hardly see each other at school, though when we do we usually talk or wave and stuff, but I don't know if I should just ask her or maybe continue talking and snap chatting her. We let our conversation go after we both went to sleep, so I'm not sure how to start it again or tell her to start a streak. I know it sounds stupid and I should prob just ask her, but I just really want to know what is going on inside her head.

She sits to my right in our ethics class. She constantly looks over at me, for a good chunk of the class time. It's gotten to the point where I've had to pretend I'm oblivious to it so I don't potentially lead her on. She has a boyfriend also.

The thing is that she is a friend of the girl I like, and the girl I like knows I liked her at some point last semester (she doesn't know I still like her). I thought she liked me back, but nothing ever happened. Her friend shouldn't know what I look like since she has never met me before, nor do I have social media. The only way to identify who I am is of she was told my name. The girl I like is not in the class.

I don't know why she looks at me, I sit there and draw no attention to myself, yet she still does, And I know she's looking at me and not something else. There's nothing particularly interesting about me I think. I've gotten this suggestion before which is why I ask.
