Search Results: should i make a move or wait

Not to sound like I am complaining, but I am getting really frustrated with one of my co-worker and my immediate boss. I have been working at this apartment complex for eight months. My co-worker is always 3 hours late to work and half the day she talks on the phone. With my immediate boss (property manager) he talks to his family about half the day and watches baseball games and if he does not talk on the phone with his family he just texts his family for rest of the day. He is a salaried employee and anything he is supposed to do as a manager he just assigns the project to me. I am not a salaried employee I make 3 times less than the property manager. He barely works throughout the day.

Every week the corporate office always wants me to work at their office so I can help them be caught up again with their documents. My manager has a huge problem with this and has a hissy fit with me for even going to work at the corporate office.

I am at the point where I am wondering if I should find a new job after a year or wait until a get a promotion at my work. However, from experience, I just do not think my manager will even be accepting me to move up in this company. What would you do in this situation? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!

We lived together for almost 3 years. We broke up two weeks ago mainly because he didn't have his stuff in order and placed a lot of financial stress on me. For the two weeks, I was so heart broken, miserable, and just hated it. We both still love each other and both didn't want things to end.

He came back yesterday to pack his stuff and move them out. In the end, he didn't even pack and stayed for the night. We just feel back in love with each other and not wanting to really end the relationship. He said he missed me and still loves me. We also talked about how to we didn't really focus on resolving the issues properly and given up. I suggested a fresh start. We spent the night together and it was great.

The next day, I asked him if we are back together. His answer was, "will let this go day by day and today is only the first day". That got me confused. He also mentioned that he's focusing on having his stuff in order and to get his life on track. What does he want then? I asked him once more what does this mean, and he just said we'll play this by ear. But he also tells me he loves me and blah blah blah. The only one thing he certain of was that there's no way we will be living together for now. He also said this is kind of a "fresh start" where we are starting really fresh and to forget EVERYTHING that happened in the past. Really start fresh as if we just met. I asked him what if I met someone down the line, he answered that he's not going to stop me. I asked him the same thing and he said honestly, he's just focusing having his stuff in order. He basically left me very confused as in what's going on. I asked him he's going to date me on dates and he told me if he has got the money. He didn't end up packing anything and just left it here. I dropped him off back at his buddy's place and he kissed me goodbye and I love you. What does this mean?

Should I make the next move to contact him? Or, should I wait till he contacts me?
