Hey people! Right here's my dilemma!

I've been texting this girl for a while now, but I feel she's giving me mixed signals, which leads me to not know whether I'm coming or going!

We we will text most days and all is well, the conversation flows and it's all good, however she tends to send short replies, I've asked her out on a few dates but she works a lot, pretty much 5 days out of 7, and when she's off, im
workin evenings! So can't make plans!
She keeps saying that she is going to let me take her out just not sure when she is free! So to me this would sound she's not really that interested, however I've dropped by her workplace a few times and we've hung out, and she has always text me afterwards saying she gets shy and nervous, which leads me to think she is interested?

its got me all confused!
Girls - do you tend to play hard to get and if so, does persistence pay off? Or should I just call it quits and move on?
How do you win someone over who is suing hard to get?

I was kinda talking to this girl for like a month every so often last last year and then we stopped talking. then 2 months ago, she out of no where texted me and we started to talk a lot. i had no idea where she stood and what her plans were with me so we talked and talked and i thought she was maybe into me becusae she always texted me first and wanted to hang out, but then at the same time our convos were always kinda friendly and i thought i was in the friendzone. After i while, out of no were i caught feelings and finally manned up and told her how i felt and was totaly caught off gaurd. she told me that she had no idea i felt this way, and was not freaked out by how i felt, but she was unsure of where her head was at, but would let me know when she decided So we contuinued to talk and i decided that it was probabaly a good idea to maybe ask her what she thought of me again, so i did and she told me that she was still unsure, but was leaning towards soemthing but wanted to wait and see how things played out... a while later she was sending me a lot of mixed signals that Friendzoned. So i asked her and she freaked out saying NO!, and that she was still deciding where her head was at. Some more time passed and one day i accidently called her a friend when i was texting her and again she freaked out saying "did i just get friendzoned?" i told her no, and thought for sure she wanted to be more than friends again. Time passed, with more hints like "your a great guy", "you deserve someone special" and i thought she had forsure made her her decsion, so when i fnially asked for for the third time, she said i think we should just stay as friends, and this literally killed me. i asked her "why did you lead me on for so long?" and she responded with, " I tried not too, and didn't want you to get hurt'' wich i dont beleive at all. my Q is, did i get lead on, and do i have the right to be angry and pissed, or was i being oblivius the whole time and was missing som
