There sure seems to be a lot of talk on here, and everywhere nowadays, on what people are looking for in the dating world - is it more genuine relationships, or more casual hookups? Maybe an anonymous poll can settle it.

Everyone says that if you’re looking to date and resort to the apps, you’re better off on the paid apps. Because, the people on the paid apps are more likely in the mindset to want something serious (because they pay) vs the people who download the free apps.

I do not think this is true, I do not think there’s is a difference in the people who use paid or free apps. I see people on paid apps who had accounts on the free apps too and they seem to want something casual.

Maybe this is just my luck 🙄

MY DEFINITION: Someone who sees two, or more, others in casual relationships at the same time and is unlikely to be faithful, trustworthy, or respectful in those relationships. They may seem honest and genuine, but given enough time, it is expected that they may give each person the impression that they are becoming a significant other, while in reality they will "play" with the emotions of that innocent person for the "Players" own self gratification. (SYNONYM: cheat on/burn/disappoint).

Some argue that "Playing the Field" is just a type of dating that is necessary early in life in order to experience multiple relationships at the same time with enough people in order to really be able to pick a good mate. Is this true?
