How should I react to this girl liking my boyfriend? She texts him everyday, (they are in the same band) they practice their music at least once a week, and he said she shows up in his room randomly (they both live close together on campus-college). I know for sure he doesn't like her because he's not attracted to her body type, (out of a conversation completely unrelated to that) but it still bothers me that he hangs out with her. She asked him to go dancing (two steping) with her and he said yes, then asked me to teach him two stepping. She found out im his girlfriend and called it off so they didn't go (she didn't want to be known as a home wrecker) but she still hangs out with him. Also, she rode with us in his car looked me up and down and said "is she going with US?" Like they were a thing (this was before she knew he was with me)
But still he doesn't see how uncomfortable for me it is for him to hang out with her. I dont think he knows she likes him. How should I handle it?

I had a classmate in middle school and junior high. We never associated then.

Toward the end of my first year of college he started poking me on FB. We started talking one day out of the blue. It was generally about school and then slowly and gradually became about ourselves. I started developing a crush on him. In order to avoid getting my heart broken I broke all contact.

Recently, we got to talking again. This time through text (which makes people more readily available, mind). We are more in touch now than we ever were. Our interests in books, music, and movies overlap to a large extent.

Now here's the issue - He often calls me "pretty" and "cute" and "cutie" and "smart" and "open-minded" and "a good reader" and "having a good vocabulary". He keeps joking about my "fair" complexion. He calls me by the pet name that only my family and my oldest friends use for me (without my asking him to do so). He once said that I and everything I say is so cute that it's hard for him to remain serious sometimes.

He often also gives me serious advice about how I should do or not do certain things because they are not good for me.

He has had many flings in the past. He once confided in me that he used to chat up multiple girls at one time. He also told me about his latest crush. But a few days ago he told me that he has matured and will take relationships more seriously now. Also, for him brains are more important than looks.[This info was just so you could maybe get to know the guy a little.]

I am a little overweight but with average to passable looks. [info so you can understand whether he would like a girl like me]

So... is all the complimenting and talking for hours on text flirting on his part [as all my friends tell me it is]? Or is he being nice? Because he is a very sweet person per se. [I, of course, have a crazy crush on him!! :) ]

I think he likes me, but I dont know what I feel about him?

Okay, so I've known this guy for a year now. This year he is in my french and science. He actually has started talking and approaching me lately which is a first. He is being really annoyig though. In science I put my yearbook down in the basket under my chair and two seconds later I look to find him reading it with my binder on the ground. in french I stood up out of my chair to switch groups and he took my chair right when I stood up. He always sits in my desk for science lately and moves my binder upfront to his desk even though his friends are near where I am. He took out my earbuds while I was listening to music. But he canalso be really sweet. He walks over and asks to be in my group for french. He got put in my group yesterday and the teacher isn't switching tables anymore. He jokes around with me a lot and I make fun of him and we both laugh. I didn't do the hw for today so he gave me his hw so I could ask if its right (so it looks like I tried) I thanked him for looking out for me. At lunch his friends were talking to me and then he said "Hi Sarah" and smiled which he never does. He only said hi to me which he never does randomly and out of the blue. I am sort of starting to like him but im not sure. I am just starting to get over my last crush and I am not positive if I am looking for a rebound. I think he can be really sweet with me even though he isn't that nice with other people. He also lent me his textbook when I forgot mine and it is so cute. Does he like me? What should I do?
