so i am a geek who is into super sentai as well as the classic power rangers i would not date a girl that does not know what these are. i am not a bad looking guy but i am losing faith. should I lower my standards?

Some tell me I should lower my standards when I say I want a girl who is beautiful on the inside, beautiful on the outside, and intelligent. Some tell me a girl can't be all three. They say a beautiful girl would be mean and narcissistic and for some reason not very smart. Should I lower my standards?

My standards for finding a girlfriend:
-She must work hard at school or at least take it seriously
-She must want more out of life than just trying to scrape by (living paycheck to paycheck)
-She must be kind, intelligent, and just have good morals and good common sense.
-She cannot have the "YOLO" state of mind.
-someone who can listen as well as speak up for what she believes in
-Being humble and just a nice person in general is always a plus.
-A woman who doesn't play games
-A woman who can stick up for herself
-A woman who can stay loyal and can keep my trust.
-I like to stay active whether it being going to the gym or just going for a hike I would like a girl who does the same
-I like to keep my body in great shape. I'm not saying she has to be muscular or stick thin, just fit or in good physical shape.

My shallow standards for finding a girlfriend:
-I believe beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
-Don't get me wrong, a girl doesn't have to look like Jennifer Lopez or Megan Fox
-She just can't look like a horse or like a horse walked over her face.
-It's hard to describe beauty with words.
-I can't be with someone who is curvy, has a few extra pounds, or at an otherwise unhealthy weight.

-A woman who longboards and is good at it is always a huge plus.

I don't think my standards are too high. Let me know in the poll below if I should lower my standards, raise them, or keep them the same.
I'm not one to hold double standards. When I say all of this I would expect a woman to expect it of me as well. I will hold these standards to myself and I already do.

Whenever I ask someone how to be an alpha the answer is always "if you weren't born an alpha, you'll never be one". I feel hopeless. Ik that not all girls like alpha males but most do. And the ones that do go CRAZY for them. It hurts to know that I'll never be good enough for 90% of girls. So should I just lower my standards or is it really possible to become an alpha?

I'm an 18 year old guy who has some premature balding, it came on when I got medical exhaustion a while back and my body cut nutrients to non essential functions, (nails stopped growing etc) anyway normally the hair recovers but in my case it made it vulnerable to DHT the testosterone that causes baldness at an old age, now I'm not fully bald or receding really just thin all over so I opted to shave it, to the skin, so when I say I'm bald I mean Howie Mandell skin shaven head. People say it looks good on me. (Surprising as I'm a paler guy more on the slender side, but I've even had a friends girlfriend tell him 'I am worried because I don't think you'll pull it off as good as(insert my name here)-I couldn't even imagine him with hair.' When he asked if she would care if he shaved it. People say I look 21-22 who don't know me so it hasn't aged me, thanks to the baby face, and I really viewed it as something some girls wouldn't like but most wouldn't care about or even would like if I pursued them. However my confidence plummeted when I read on hairloss forums guys saying that being bald young is kryptonite to young women, you can forget about having an attractive young girlfriend, you'll have to severely lower standards if you want to date etc. And they used to pull all the girls and now nothing, I've never had a legit girlfriend and admit looks do matter I have decently high standards and girls do too, so will this make dating harder, and is it a dealbreaker for most young women? Please be honest and picture if one approached you at a party or on the street before you answer.
