There's this guy I like, he's kinda quiet but he isn't like silent or anything. He's on the football team but he's never dated anyone before. His friend is a fuckboy and he's also on the football team. he usually stares at me a lot, he smiles at me, he has the same sense of humor as me, he teases me sometimes, he ignores when a girl is flirting and he's staring at me. Once it seemed like he was gonna approach me but it looked like he got nervous and walked away, but after that he smiled at me, and his face was a little red. His friends also act weird around me, and his best friend was like messing with him and they were looking torwards me. Also, when he first noticed me, he had a face kinda like 😳. I thought his face was kinda weird because I was just saying excuse me to get somewhere, once he got really close to me like he wanted to "accidentally" touch me or something. He also teased me a lot (in a playful way, I was trying to talk to someone, but he kept moving his head in the way and he was mimicking me, mimicks me a lot, kept walking in the way when I was trying to get around him?

Do those actions sound like a player at all?

This is really long, so if you've got time or are interested to know about my issue, go ahead.
So, there's this cute guy in my college who I have a crush on. We are in the same class but we sit on opposite rows. I am pretty but I have braces and that makes me insecure about my appearance. So I don't interact with a lot of people in class, whereas he's very outgoing and talks to many girls in class. I never made an attempt to go talk to him but he has made. The other day I was with my two girlfriends and he and the rest of our classmates were also present, and then he asked me something to which I gave a one word reply and he told his friend ''this girl doesn't even open her mouth" and I said shutup so he's like "so now she said shutup". Then the next day I was late for class so I was standing outside and I saw him walking up to me because he was late too. And then we started talking and he was really friendly with me. Then we went inside the class and he ignored his other friends and was talking to me the whole time. He kept asking me why am I so quiet always and why don't I mix with the rest of the class. Then he tells me that he's noticed me talking to only 1 guy. And he started playing with my hairclip which I kept on the table and after a while he put it on my hair. I think that was not needed because I mean I could've done it on my own, lol. Then again, after a few days, I was in the canteen with my friend. And he walked in and I saw him with another girl who is his girlfriend supposedly, when I looked at him the girl saw me looking at them. So like after about 2-5 mins he comes up to my table and randomly starts a conversation. I obviously got nervous, and when I asked him why'd he suddenly come up and talk to me, he's like "I was given a dare to talk to you and all my friends are watching from behind so just act normal" I think he sensed that i was uncomfortable. He lightly touched my arm while leaving saying "it was nice meeting you" So this was it. And we haven't had a conversation after that day but I have found him staring at me many times, and I'm usually the one who looks away first. Anyway I really want to know if he is interested in me or not & whether I should message him on facebook first ( because he hasn't till now). I guess, he has already made the first move, but what am I supposed to do now?
