Excessive sweating is now a big problem?

Okay so i have a health class thats ending on December 17 ... and on Friday i was exexperiencing a very embarresing situation... we had to check each others pulse but for some reason she said only our wrist... the girl as my parter.. i warned her about it.. she laughed after everything but was okay withme touching her with it kimda... the girl in front of me didn't have a partner so my teacher was her partner and the girl as mine had trouble finding my pulse and laighed really loud so my teacher said to hold on and i got even more nervous because i didn't want her to see my sweaty hands ! So i put my hands under the table and refused to let her touch me.. i felt bad but oh well.. everyone was snickering😞 so she gave up and told my partner " just leave it... she won't let me touch her" i felt super sad... we didn't get to finish that lab so im scared to come tommorow 😞 if i miss. Im going to do it alone with her... i cried the period after that i couldnt help my self... and then Tuesday i have to do cpr on a maniqiun... with someone else watching and im gonna sweat a lot if someones wwatching my hands... my dad told me to tell her privately... but im so scared and I don't know how to say it.
.. orrr i could use gloves but I don't know if thats the way to avoid being seen sweaty... helpppppppp! Tell me how to sayit with her understanding me.. i really feel insecure 😞 should i go to the school counler or what do u think? Help

I think a counselor would help in your situation, but even just talking about it with friends or even people in your health class would help. I experienced a similar situation in a video project for a class when my armpit sweat stains were totally visible and the class chuckled. But the video project was to make a satire so it wasn't that traumatizing. I did stop wearing that shirt for a while though and made sure to wear antiperspirant. I bet most people have experienced something similar, sweat being less gross than some other problems.

The school website usually has school counselors' email adresses, so you can even email a counselor now, just let her know the situation like you did here. Or talk with friends privately next time you see them, like at lunch or something. And talk with parents if you haven't already. I forgot about that.

You can say whatever you want her to know; her job is to help you in any way she can. I was just as nervous doing those kinds of things at your age. If you're too nervous, talk about it with your parents first.
