How often do you get sun burn?

Exposure to sun light can cause cancer of the skin cells. Sun burns will increase the chances of cancer many times. Always use sunscreen or a covering (like a hat) when taking in the sun in large quantities.

As for me I live by the beach so if I’m going to have fun in the sun I always wear sunscreen & put it on before I leave the house.
