I personally use it often simply because I hate sunburn and prefer an even tan which sunscreen allows me, but this is a great benefit and cheap too, compared to buying 50£+ products later on in life when you can instead protect your skin. Even if you do not care about aging skin, it's useful for an even tan and protecting against sun damage/cancer.
Just make sure to wash suncream off as it blocks your pores, just like everyday sweat and grease does which can cause acne.
