Like today when she saw me she said 'hi' and had a big smile on her face. Then (minutes later) when i went talk to her again she just didn't care about me and start ignoring me. She does that all the time. She acts hot then cold, then hot... then cold again.

I met her last year and i think she liked me for some months at first. She would hold my hand and hug me and all that stuff. But we just stayed friends and nothing happened between us. After that she just started acting hot and cold.

I don't see her doing that to other guys though.

She isn't a bad person actually. She's a very social person, has lots of friends and she's very sweet and kind to other people. And she only had one boyfriend before so i guess she isn't very experienced with guys.

Why is she doing this and what does it mean?

Speaks very similar "language" to me, often pretends to understand
Finds comparisons between us
Tells me about her plans in life, her feelings, childhood
Never initiates chat on texts but writes in detail with loads of emojis, some texts known to be 8 lines long
Brushes past me to get attention despite there being plenty of space
Enough eye contact to kill me
Asked if im into anyone
Her and her Friends very happy over winning my attention and therefore pissing of my ex
Often competes with Another friend who likes me (One says Hi , she repeats even more passionately.)
Flicks her hair every now and then
Really happy when she sees me back after sick day (were you okay? Missed you)
Needed excuse to hug me (birthday)
Excited by the notion of me touching her, to the point logical thought stops
Her Friend suggest I go out with her
When I dont speak with her for long periods she initiates by calling my name loudly
Asked for my number
Asks for my opinion on girls, to work out what I rate in girls
Likes what I like
Never argues, even when she probably should, despite her big character
Friend always boasting about how hot She is
Jealous girls telling me she's bad
Always comes to hang out with me and mutual friends
Gossips about all of my latest antics to her friends
Copies my behaviour
Follows me sometimes
Always really into having a conversation, asks questions and answers passionately and she never ends the convos in person and will let them drift and often try to continue
Loads more but I can't remember them.
She does all of this to me and seemingly no one else, so does she like me?
She has had a reputation for being flirtatious in the past, should I ignore it or take these as genuine IOI's?
