Maybe this question doesn't even have an answer, but in my own experience, the people who have mainly not thought twice about saying something insulting towards me or making me feel down have been girls. Guys will joke around with me, yes, but I also know they are joking and we go back and forth.

Any time someone has said messed up things towards me, honestly, it's usually a girl, now I have no idea why this is, but I wonder if anyone else has experienced this. Keep in mind I'm talking about pretty memorable insults here, wishing death upon my family, pointing out my flaws without hesitation, telling me I'm unattractive, etc. laughing at me with their friends after a racial slur, etc. I think the last time someone complimented me, it was a GUY. This stereotype that women are scared to hurt people's feelings, I don't believe its true.

Anyways, what is up with women and negativity? I try to be a positive, friendly person in my day to day life, and of course, I'm sure you all have different experiences from me, but at some point, you look back and realize this can't be a coincidence anymore with who im seeing trying to bring me down.
