By my logic (don't stab me) if an individual is gay by birth and no drug or therapy can change this fact then it must be genetic. So if it is genetic it can be passed on.

But how do gay children come from straight parents? Probably genetic variation. Redheads can come from parents with black hair and the reverse.

How could more gay people be a problem? If most individuals wher homosexuals then natural reproduction would be extremely uncomfortable or need to be aided my technology

This also applies to asexuals. people who don't have any sexual urges whatsoever.

But to be honest, she kinda makes a point about polygamy.

If we don't ban circumcision merely because it's "part of jewish and muslim culture" ( content.time.com/.../0,8599,2077240,00.html ), then why exactly is polygamy banned even though it's part of muslim culture (and a male is supposedly allowed to have 5 wives as long as he can provide for them)?

By the same logic, it should be allowed because they can't properly practice their religion. Although I'd rather just ban circumcision as well altogether, but most people know that by now.

Honestly, I don't have any strong feelings about polygamy, nor am I really interested in being deeply emotionally invested in multiple people. There's only so much love you can concentrate on one person. So I'm not really against it, but I'm also not for it, I'm perfectly neutral on this matter.

So what do you think, should polygamy be legal based on religious practices and tradition?

This is 2014 gay marriage is legal though plural marriage is not but I guess this question can be answered by either guys or girls looking for women.
