So, my teacher let my guy friend and I work in the small computer lab that connects to her room. This teacher seems kinda overprotective of him when it comes to girls, at least in a light-hearted, playful way since my guy friend's mom is actually a teacher at the school. Anyway, my teacher let us in, and we closed the door behind us and began to work.

Since the lights are motion-sensor, they turned off after a while. But neither of us were bothered to turn them back on. We never did anything like kiss, hold hands, or whatever. Just goofed around occasionally while working. But, apparently my teacher thought otherwise.

My teacher told one of my friends, "Oh yeah, (my name) and (guy friend's name) are in the lab all alone... IN THE DARK!" She said this so as to insinuate that we were being all lovey-dovey or doing inappropriate things without her knowing.

Obviously she thinks I'm the one who'd do something like that with him, because she hold my guy friend in such a high regard! Why does she think that? Does she think he likes me?
