What can you redeem Xper points for?
My profile Xper page has a section that says how many Xper points I have redeemed. That's zero because I don't know what I could redeem them for. The Xper FAQ isn't helpful. Maybe I can get GAG merch?

Why do we not receive any Xper points for whenever someone answers your question?
For example if somebody asks a question that has received a great question reward and 24 people have answered the question then they get the same amount of Xper points as someone who got rewarded a great question reward...
