I'm going to say cannibalism and

necrophilia should be legal

as it can be a victimless crime

this would never happen as nobody would support it but here's my plan of how it would be

if this hypothetical person didn't murder or assist suicide,

(have a clean background check)

both participants are checked for mental health problems

both over 21

and gets full consent from both parties under a judge and witnesses

checked multiple times over a year to satisfy consent

have to be carried out no longer than 48 hours after death

Just because society finds it disgusting or wrong

does that mean it should be illegal?

some people find pre-marital sex, gays, mexicans and broccoli to be disgusting

do you agree or with just one of them

try to give better reasons than just saying it's wrong

Most people are in favor of legalizing gay marriage, why not polygamy for the same reasons, its practiced in some parts of the world why not in western society, hook ups are popular, infidelity is chic, gay relationships have been decriminalized and are more tolerated, some states have civil gay marriages, birth control is plentiful, abortion pill is available, DNA testing is available, would you be in favor of decriminalizing polygamy and making it legal? for the same reasons of gay marriage.

I would like your thoughts on the topic of gay marriage.

Should gay couples have the right to be lawfully married?

I personally take no issue with gay marriage. My personal opinion is that gay marriage embraces the concept of freedom that America was founded upon.

I also think it speaks volumes about America's changing social structure. This change I view as positive. It embraces peace, freedom, love and tolerance. It also helps to develop continuing multicultural diversity within our nation in a positive manner.

What are your thoughts on this issue?
