I started a casual thing with a girl at work - I'm 31 and she's 29. This has been going on for about six months now, nothing serious at first and we've both enjoyed it. But over last two months it's become more than just casual, she's invited me to meet her parents and I've taken her to meet my friends, stuff like that. Guess we are kinda official.
Now the problem is she's been promoted and she's my boss. Not my day to day report but she is my supervisor. I'm very happy for her - there is no jealousy I'm in line for a different job - and I want her to do great! But should I stop this relationship? She's told me she doesn't want our outside life to interfere with work but she doesn't want it to stop either. Honestly I don't want to stop seeing her either - she's beautiful, smart, funny, my family and friends all love her, she's the best sex I've ever had in my life! But I'm completely torn with her as my boss. I felt like at our team meeting yesterday that everyone knew she was giving me easy assignments because we were sleeping together and I don't want to damage my career here - I am in line for a really good promotion.
What should do I do? The girl or the job? Comments are welcomed!

I'll just sum it up. It's been 7 years since we went to school together. I met up with her for about 5-6 hours. Got along great. Talked about dating in general quite a lot. I walked her to her friends so she could study for exams. I went on tinder and we clicked yes on each other but she claimed her sister did that. Then said we should go for drinks sometime. I asked if she wanted to go Tuesday and she said she'd let me know but she didn't. On Thursday she asked me for a favour then changed her mind. Then asked when I'm free. Only to say she'll be available as long as her parents dont interfere.

I'm asking becuase if she is interested, I want to take her somewhere interesting and fun. If she isn't, then somewhere casual. I won't really know until I see her again but what's your input?
