Been best friends for over 10 years

Im Asian so I had black hair naturally
Then went blonde
And now went dark brown

Then I told her I want go lighter brown

I went salon today to do my hair
It was light brown
It was nice colour
But kind of wanted bit darker

My hairdresser asked evryone what they think

But everyone in the salon (even the customers) told me to leave it because it suits me

So I took a picture and sent it to my best friend
And askd her "should I go darker?"

This is her response:

Its like she's saying I dont suit light hair?

So I've been doing my hair for around 2 years at this salon
My hairdresser is nice and we get along
I've gone from black to brown to blonde.. etc

So my friend told me she wants to dye it brown now since she's always had black hair and never done her hair at a salon

Then she messaged me:

Friend - hey I wna do my hair this weekend
Me - yeah do it
Friend - yep so I went on your insta to search for your hairdresser and messaged her
Me - oh yeah cool
Friend - yeh ill see what she says

Why did she search for my hairdresser?
Can't she find her own?

3 months ago, I wanted to dye to silver hair since its on trend for Asian girls these days and looks super nice

So I checked salons near me
I saw one with good reviews..4.3/5
So why not go in for consultation

I went there and the people there are nice
And so I told them my hair color goal
And they said they can do it
But it has to be 3 sessions
And $250 each session
And few weeks for break in between

And the right side..
That was the result of 3 sessions
And $750 gone

It does not look near the one on left!
Im devastated 😭

Does it look bad... guys?
