So my ex and I haven't been split up long but it has been a roller coaster of emotions since the split. One minute he is having sex with me and cuddling up to me at night; the next he is sleeping on the couch. He only sleeps on the couch the night after he spent cuddled up to me. Every time. Never fails. I catch him staring at me all the time and start to say something before he changes his mind and retracts his first words. Whenever we have a really good conversation and giggling like idiots (we are trying to be friends), he will just get this sad, lost look on his face and say that he needs air and will go outside and sit in his car for awhile playing his guitar. Last night he told me that he thought the reason we didn't work out was because two broken individuals shouldn't be together because there is no balance. Just an overload of emotions. He said he wants to be the guy who spends forever beside me but he can't. He also told me, in a drunken state, that he is in a lot of pain and that he often questions whether or not he has made the right decision leaving me and says he will more than likely regret it when he stumbles across my profile later in life and sees that I am married and happy without him. We still live together and the way he talks gives off the impression that he doesn't plan to leave anytime soon. Which I dont mind. I dont usually have a passcode on my phone but my 7 year old kept running off with my phone to watch youtube videos so I put a lock on my phone. A half hour later my ex came out of our room and grabbed my phone to make a call, realized there was a passcode and he got this really weird look on his face. When he handed me my phone so I could unlock it, his hand was trembling. He didn't say anything to me about it but walked out to his car for awhile; came back in, initated sex and then cuddled me on the couch for a solid 3 hours. Which is huge because he hasn't touched me aside from when we are sleeping for the past 3 months. Any ideas?

I was seeing a guy for 2 months and we were crazy about each other or so I thought. 2 weeks ago he ended things because he said he had to go back home (he lives overseas) due to a parent being sick. He told me we had to say bye now despite him leaving in a few weeks because his feelings would only grow and it would hurt. We said bye and he continued to message me everyday and even kissed me once.

We didn't talk for 2 days then today my friend sent me a photo of him and his ex girlfriend with his arm around her. He messaged me 3 times and I ignored all messages and he kept sending more asking why I was ignoring him. I sent him the photo and said I wasn’t mad but I need to move on and I wish him all the best.
He kept sending messages over and over and eventually I replied saying what’s the real reason you ended things and he said it was the truth and he said he told me weeks ago his feelings changed a bit. (If I knew that I would have let him go sooner). I told him all good and again all the best. He keeps messaging me

He said his feelings changed ages ago but his actions say otherwise does he like me?
He still goes to my gym too despite quitting his job which was the reason he joined. He lives an hour away from gym and still comes.

And he was cheating on his wife!

And my ex's wife found my shampoo at their apartment. He texted me telling me I was a bitch for leaving it there but the truth is he kicked my stuff out after a fight and didn't realize it was not hers. He is still texting me every few days even though it's been more than a year asking me to meet and saying I am the best girl and he misses me. Should I tell his wife?
