Search Results: what to wear on a date jeans

I'm asking this question out of curiosity not insecurity. Apparently people on here think when you ask questions you're insecure which isn't the case for me. I'm solid within and confident, it's just a question.

Also I'm going on a date tonight. Should I wear stilettos with a tight sleek short black dress OR skinny jeans with a cropped top and sandals?
It's a casual/ laid back restaurant in soho New York if that helps.

When I was 17 I became a rebel. I wasn't allowed to date, I wasn't allowed to wear dresses or skirts, I wasn't allowed to have a job, go to college, I wasn't allowed to cook for myself, my parents forced me to wear jeans and T shirts all the time and I wasn't allowed to be out pass 7. So even now I'm not allowed to date or really go out with anyone of the opposite gender. My curfew is so early and with me working soon it's going to be hard to be home everyday by that time. I feel like I'm going to have to lie more, and sneak out more. I already lie to my parents a lot but I feel like I need to lie more and hide my feelings, my friends and whereabouts. Honesty I feel like a lot of kids would of just snapped and killed their parents if they were in my shoes. Lol I still have a lot of things I'm not allowed to do but I feel like I'm going to be 20 and I'll still have this curfew and I won't be allowed be out pass 7 and I won't be allowed to date, wear dresses or travel on my own. I love traveling and such but my parents are basically in the way and I feel like won't be able to enjoy my life and meet new people, travel, date guys, try new things because of my parents. Its like my parents are holding me back in life. ;/
