Am I just really paranoid? I’ve quit!!

I vaped from 2019 September to the new year, everyday. With high nicotine 5-20mg, watermelon flavour. Also smoked a bit of hookah. However for like a week I vaped a bubblegum flavour. I read an article by a British uni that found that this flavour kills cells in the testes. In general vaping studies show to reduce fertility in mice etc... nicotine has also shown to reduce sperm motility and damage DNA

There’s no extensive research/evidence like smoking.

Do you think I will regain 100% function like when I never vaped? I’m planning to have a baby with my fiancé in a year. I had no idea about this!!! Most articles are about potential lung damage.

I’ve also noticed some struggle breathing and increased mucus but goes away very quickly.
Help!!! Should I take fertility tests or something?

I went out with this girl twice a few months ago and we went out several times, and it went well. But she wasn't sure how she felt about being in a relationship and she stopped talking to me.

It's been 4 months and we started talking and went out last night. She explained she was seeing someone else and got into a relationship with him, and he got her addicted to cocaine and some other drugs and she cut off everyone because of how controlling he was.
She spent s month in the hospital after they broke up because of the drugs and she got off them, but moved in with a girl and they had a fling that went sideways.
She moved home and has been working on herself and she said that it meant a lot to her I was checking on her, she did really like me. But she wants to be friends and even friends with benefits for a bit so she can find herself and get right. But she said I'm very different from the people she has dated.
I don't drink or do drugs or have ever done that. She has mainly stuck to smoking cigarettes and drinking, but she wanted to quit smoking but uses it to replace the drugs.
I mean, I do really like her. She's 19 and I'm 23 so there's a huge maturity difference. But she said she likes how different and better she feels with me.
But during her drug phase, she had sex with her friends a lot, and that further concerns me. She is a genuinely good person, but her wild side gets the best of her.

I'm not sure what to do. We went out last night, and it went well. She liked being with me, but at times she was glued to her phone.
But she wants to get together tonight and as much as possible next week because she has the week off.
I'm conflicted.
