My vocabulary sucks, so many people (mostly teachers) downplay my intellect because I don't know the "big fancy words" or use them when expressing myself. RANT ALERT!!! Most of the people I've met who use these word tend to be really douchey about it and aren't really intelligent at all, they use these words to give the illusion of intelligence and make other people feel dumb. They're so smug about it that they like the smell of their own farts, they probably get a sexual satisfaction out of it.

Now that I'm and adult that's out of school and could think on my own, I've realized that my teachers are wrong. Dr. Seuss was considered a genius by the way he was able to write
beautifully elaborate stories by using basic words. Sure it's not bad to know all the words, but I don't think it automatically makes you Einstein.
Here's something that'll really make you a genius, try explaining Quantum Physics in a way a 4th grader can understand.

I've had experiences with many different types of personalities and one thing I've learned is that almost everyone claims to want constructive criticism, but few people actually welcome it.

Example:
Whether it is a work project, art, a gift or something else along those lines; think of the last thing that you worked very hard on completing that you also believe was truly successful with zero to minimal errors.

Now, imagine that someone you don't personally know tells you this:
"These are the things that are good about what you did, these are the things that are bad about what you did and this is what I would do to make it better."

Remember, initially you thought it was great so there weren't any major flaws, yet here's someone that doesn't know exactly every detail of what you did, telling you that there are things that are wrong.

Please keep in mind that this is meant to be about the last thing that you completed that you are proud of. How would you handle the criticism that was provided?

I’m 18, and I want to be married by 25, as those years are the prime of one’s life. I want to spend them with the person I know I will spend my life with (I know who it is already, hard to believe, I know). However, even though I sound naive and idealistic, I’m not foolish. I refuse to get married until I can reliably support two people. Is being able to support someone by 25 an unrealistic goal?

Why do you guys don't have your own origin CEO? Do your people lack talent somewhere?

My cousin just got his Bs but doesn't have any work references or job experience. He has just made money by helping a friend one day lay flooring, do some HVAC for someone, fix a car, trailer, or something up and sell it, sometimes he shovels driveways in the winter. He just does a bunch of random stuff to get by.
He asked me to help him with a resume but he can't list dates of employment because he has never been employed. He also doesn't have any work references.
I feel like he is kinda screwed besides his degree in applied math. His transcript looks bad like very bad. He took 11 years to get his Bs and failed/repeted a lot of classes along the way. He graduated with a 2.2 gpa.
I thought about telling him to join the military I don't know if they would take him, he is physically fit.
Besides the above he has a clean background no drugs or tickets.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
