Questions: Religion & Spirituality

Just to sum everything up, i'll just say that i have a friend who says that she is happy for people of this group, but doesn't support it because it is against her religion ( christianity) and she just doesn't think its right. And i understand and respect this fully. I tried telling her that it wouldn't hurt her if she supported it, because their are plenty christians who claim they are sons and daughters of god, but dont follow every commandment. I just feel like is 2018 and people need to stop not supporting something that really doesn't even affect them. And then she wanted to go on and say its wrong and all that. What really pisses me off is when they talk bad about them.

TBH we all believe in something regardless of if you are religious or not. So this doesn't just count for religious people but nonreligious people also. Would you ever consider marrying someone who has a totally different belief system than you? For example, an atheist marrying a Muslim, or a Christian marrying a Hindu. Would you do it?

Say you're 100% certain that this is a request from your god, that the god thinks you need to kill this person, like NEED to. You don't know what the person has done, but your god has told you it is something horrible. Would you do it? Would you trust your god? Answer in anon if you need to.

Don't say "oh that would never happen this goes against my faith", its purely hypothetical ofc. Say it does. And I'm sure there's been many instances where people have been required to literally sacrifice things in religious history.

Im just seeing the extent of the trust people have in their faith.

So I have been non religious for years and I am 17 by the way. Last night I prayed to God asking that if Christanity is not the right way to make me and my family not be able to make it to church today but if it is then to help us make it. I have been wanting to be Christian but the reason for me not converting is because I was Muslim and it is believed that if you worship another God who is not God you will go to hell forever and never bee forgiven also known as shirk. And this really scared me so have been feeling kind of trapped and I only have been praying to God but with no religion for a year now. Right now I am going to see if me and my family will make it to church today and depending on that for my decision.
