Underwear as outerwear is in fashion. Imagine people back in the day seeing the fashion standards today. Do you think celebrities embracing some odd/controversial clothes the culprit to what our fashion is today? We’ve come a long way in the fashion realm from the 80s, 60s, 2000s, etc. I find some corset tops passable, but anything that looks like lingerie is inappropriate. I have seen corset tops that don’t have lace, see through, string and would definitely pass as a shirt because it dosent look like a traditional corset. What do y'all think of this trend?

If you buy lingerie as a present, is it something the wearer is gifted with or the partner, because they see it and most often like to see it on her. I could also understand that it's for her, as she likes to wear it to feel good. The third option is that it's more of a thing to buy together for both partners. The third option would make it unsuitable as a present though in my opinion.
Lets be honest the majority of people who are into women, like to see them in lingerie, so it would make sense to gift that to them the view. Also a lot of women feel especially sexy when wearing sexy lingerie.
On the other hand this makes perfect sense to buy together because it is rarely used when alone, can this be a gift though?
P. S: Again not sure about the category. I will put it into shopping and gifts as it is specifically about the situation of gifting. Could also be fashion, or sexuality though.
