ok, so its a long story... but the highlights are:

-one time, a guy and a superior female work together. at the end of the assignment, the woman says to the guy that, ''im getting old''. she says this about herself.

-months later, the woman asks the same guy because he's nearby to shred some documnets that had her personal info on them... such as home address, social security number, everything of her personal info...

-long story short, he did not shred them. shredders were jammed, he got assgined to something else, he takes copies home with him. doesn't have a shredder at home, the thought of burning them did not cross his mind, he decides to write her a letter aplogizing for not shredding them, and at the end of the letter saying that if he had to guess her age, he would say she is so and so... even though she's really not, but he's trying to make her feel better about herself. the guy and woman only see eachother once a month.

-the month goes by, no response from her. the folowing month, the woman shows all signs of interest in the guy. this happens for 6 months. she hovering around him, walking in his line of sight, comnstantly trying to get his attention. the guy tried talking to her once before to make sure there wasn't a misunderstanding with the letter, she yells at him infront of the whole work place, makes a scene.2 months later she wants to act like everyhting is good, the guy ignores her and long story short, the 2 are going back and fourth, not arguing but just being rude to one another for 6 staright months.

-after 6 months of the guy trying to talk things out with her, and she won't let him because she's being rude and dismissive because he ignored her. the guy decides to write her another letter saying everyhting he had to say to her... including that he likes her, and just him being humble and modest... he puts his guard down and tells her personal things. long story short. she reports the letter and the whole work place finds out about the le

The amount of non-citizens, or aliens in this country is staggering. Some are highly educated with IT jobs, or are business owners, engineers, or doctors, and they usually arrive to this country with highly specialized skill sets (. NET developers, Information Security Analysts, Network Engineers, Software Architects, etc) and they usually come here on a B2 Visa. While a lot of these other non-citizens are laborers, working menial jobs and getting paid below average wages in the form of "under the table" payment such as, non-taxable, cash. These other non-citzens who are laborers work in your local Dunkin Donuts, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Marriot Hotel janitors or lawn care personnal. They work 12 hours a day and don't have a social security number or even a driver's license for that matter.

Then there are other non-citizens, who are educated and may have lived in this country for many years, unable to go back to their country due to familial obligations and ties in the USA. They have social security numbers, driver's licenses, etc. and can work with USCIS and INS authorization to work via DACA (or Obama's dream act) they have social security cards that say "Valid for employment only with INS authorization" many of them have DACA or EAD cards (Employment Authorization Cards) and can only work for the duration of the EAD time frame (EAD cards have an expiration date) when their EAD card expires, or rather, before it does, they have to reapply and many lose their jobs because the government always has delays in renewing them.

Still other non-citizens are pieces of shits, who have no social security cards, driver's licenses are have heavy felonies and misdemeanors, they are thrown in ICE jail (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) but due to different jurisdictions, go to jail for some time, get out and go back to committing crime, in other instances, they get deported (are in removal proceedings and their maste
