Alright, so this is my situation. I already have 3 years of working experience in a corporation, however, I see that I don't have any more growth because the company doesn't allow me to get benefits, promotion, or department transfer for two years beginning of last year. And, the working environment has become toxic. It is not because of my performance, but my family who created bad rumors at me at work and imprisoned me for 2 weeks at home that results in suspensions and consequences. It's purely unrelated family issues and my work was just affected when they did not allow me to go to work.

Because of this, it made me realized maybe I should start looking for a job abroad so things like this won't happen again, and I feel disrespected by my own family. However, due to pandemics of covid, many jobs abroad are on hold or postponed.

Now I am so confused about what should I do? Many confusions are running out of my mind and I badly needed advice. Please vote below, which you think is a better choice or you comment below. Thanks!

I did for the first time at the age of 18. They were treating me like a little kid and meddling in my career choice (they tried to talk me out of taking psychology), my relationship and nearly prevented me from learning to drive.
I hated them at that moment. I was so upset. I even told them ''I wish you two were dead''.

It's been 3 years later but yeah I was upset at that moment.
