There is a guy at work that is always looking at me. I've tried to figure out if it's because I'm looking at him first and he's looking back, so I stopped looking at him. But when I look up and he's walking past, he usually at least glances, and then looks away when I see him. There have been times when I've been ducked down behind my computer monitor and he seems to crane his neck to see me. I sit in front of the elevator and his eyes seem to automatically go to my desk when he gets off. When I'm talking to another guy, his eyes go back and forth between us as if he's trying to figure something out.

BUT HE HAS A GIRLFRIEND!! He's been with her for a while now, it seems pretty serious, and I've heard him talking about her (although I've never met her personally). I've found their instagrams and there are all these couple photos of them, and he seems close with her mother.

So what's with the staring thing?

Also, I have talked to him and he seems curious about me - like what I do on the weekends, where I live and stuff.

Does he want to be friends? Do guys even want friends that are girls?

There's guy in my high school who's acting weird. He's my friend and we have some classes together and some don't.
We talked few times but really rare.

I taught that we are just friends. He's pretty quiet but still not like totally shy guy. 3 weeks ago we started to flirt. We would lock eyes and smile to each pther when we see each other. He teased me for something that i've told him 2months ago and it's not important at all. We texted a bit, i asked him about some task that me and my friend can't find, and he offered to help me out. It was all good and his friend sometimes gave me that look "what's happening?" and stuff.
That for few days it all stopped. He don't talk to me, won't lock eyes with me.

We were in elevator and i caught him chacking me out and he tried to talked to me and my friend a bit.
They after that he came to our class when he saw me coming (he's not in my class usually) and he walked and tring to talk to some friends. And that day we were posting something for our English project (on fb) and of all he liked mine only. I don't know if it was accidentaly or what.
After that we didn't see each other few days now.

Why he stopped? Why he don't text or something.

There's this one guy friend in my class. He's nice guy, but quiet. We talked few times in 5 months.

Once i was waiting elevator and he came, I smiled to him and said hi and he smiled and said hi too. We were talking about project and stuff. Before that we talked twice i think. That was month ago. Few days ago (we had new project) and he out of blue started to joke with me about project. So next day I texted im that me and my friend can't find something for class and he told me that he will find it for me.
Since that he started to look at me pretty frequently. We started to lock eyes and he would smiled sometimes. His friend and he came to me and girls and he stood far and looked at me and when i looked he smiled, but he didn't came closer to talk.
Next week i ignored him one day, but i notice he looks at me and his friend song about girl that fall in love when me and friends and them were in elevator.
Next day he was exiting class and me. He looked until i looked at him and he looked down smiled and leave.

Why he acts like that but doesn't talk to me. :/ He talks to his friends but not to me. What should i do?
