He's a human that was born with the vector virus that caused horns to grow out his head while he was in his mothers womb. these horns give him telekinesis abilities and vectors he can also use to slice through objects, including people and he can kill in seconds. Dylan is typically a very sweet, shy boy who took a simple pleasure in being alive, helping others and caring for animals while he lived with his parents. He was taken away from his parents at 13 and was placed with a government research institute. While there, they tortured him, beat him black and bloody, drowned him, poured boiling water on him, starved him, broke his bones, locked him up in a cell with his own bodily fluids, and locking him up alone for long periods of time while he was either naked or in freezing temperatures. Dylan snapped and killed 3 of the workers there. When he was 17, he was taken away from them and lived with a 37 year old female scientist who ordered Dylan to kill 12 people, if he didn't she threatened to take him back to the research institute and torture him all over again but for longer. When she got angry with him she told him how his parents should of aborted him when they had the chance. so Dylan killed the 12 people.

Nana is 19 years old. she's a diclonius. She was born with bright pink hair and horns on the top of her head. Her horns give her telekinesis abilities, and vectors she can use to slice people up in seconds. She can also temporarily deactivate other diclous's vectors for up to two hours. Despite her abilities and at some point being tortured, belittled, and locked in a lab she's never killed another living thing, person or anything and was always a very kind, sweet loving girl. She was set free and now lives a normal happy life outside, but is still being watched over by scientists.

she meets a 16 year old boy named Dylan who's also a diclonius. Dylan has horns, vectors that can kill and the ability to track anyone down, locate anything and even spy on certain people just by closing his eyes. Dylan was tortured, bullied and eventually killed four people by age 14. (Nana knows Dylan is a killer) the chef of the program told nana to deactivate Dylan's vectors and take him out to a theme park. At first when Dylan notices nana's vectors he stops her vectors, locks her in place and says no your not controlling me! How dare you! And even threatened to get rid of her. He threw her with his vectors, and makes her arm a little bloody. She turns off his vectors, goes to the theme park with him, buys him ice cream, chicken and they have a wonderful time together. Dylan's vectors came back on but he didn't use them at all and was very happy to be outside for so long. It's been years since he was so happy, nana was happy as well. And she forgave him for hurting her.
