So I found my crushes phone number and called him. I wish I would of had the guts to ask for in person but I didn’t know that I wouldn’t see for a long time. He would allows stare at me and at first wouldn’t say anything to me. Gradually he started talking more to me but I’ve never told him name or asked for his. I’m really shy and get nervous talking to a crush. Anyway I figured I had nothing to lose by calling him. At least I know I took a chance and I thought I would get an answer on whether he wanted to talk to me or not. Sent a text and no response. So I called about a week later and he answered right away. I tried to explain who I was and how I knew him but he repeated everything I said in question form. Than he said that he could barely hear me and must be having problems with his phone. The phone went silent than cut out. I tried to call back but it went straight to voicemail. Sent a text instead of going through iMessage it went through regular text. Tried to call again the next day and still went straight to voicemail. If he doesn’t want to talk why couldn’t he just say so. Is he really having problems with his phone?

So anyone who knows me, knows that I typically avoid drama like the plague. But this guy is trying is best to drag me into it with everything he has.

Context:

This guy on here has had a crush on me for quite some time. He knows perfectly well that it isn’t reciprocated and has mostly been respectful and kept it at bay. He seems like a decent enough guy, we see eye to eye on most issues and can hold a conversation without getting weird about it. So I followed him we shared some DMs, had some laughs, and talked about things we are both interested in. But we, kept things strictly platonic.

He recently tried to cross over that line by hijacking a post my some blue anon by calling me “love” to which I told him in no uncertain terms to not do.

And then writing a full page “explaining” to me why it’s okay to call me that despite the fact that I have already told him not to try and peruse anything romantic/sexual with me.

The reason I bring this all up, is because he recently posted the exact same screenshots in his on question, without giving the full context and asking if people thought I had overreacted. Despite the fact that at any point before making it weird he was perfectly free to send me a DM. Since the initial incident I have unfollowed him as he clearly don’t understand boundaries. And when I tried to engage him in conversation on his own question, rather than respond he just removed my answer. So yeah, if he can’t even talk to me like a mature adult, I will just block him. because like I said, I don’t like drama.
